  • Provides cancer patients with transportation to and from scheduled treatment appointments.
  • To schedule ride, call toll-free (800) ACS-2345, 24 hours a day, seven days per week or visit www.cancer.org

Dale Association Medical Transportation Shuttle

  • The Dale Association provides adults and Medicaid recipients in the community a ride to-and-from physician, medical testing, and treatment appointments for a reasonable fee.

Who can use it:

  • Any resident of Niagara County and Medicaid recipients of all ages.

Where will it take me?

  • The van is strictly for transporting persons to-and-from scheduled medical appointments. It is not an emergency vehicle.

Where does it operate?

  • Appointments can be made for weekdays, Monday through Friday
  • Arrangements must be made 72 hours in advance by calling 433-1939. Cancellations must be made with 24 hours notice.

Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority

  • The Niagara Frontier Metro system offers reduced fares to senior citizens and permanently disabled applicants.
  • Applications can be made on the 2nd Monday of every other month at the Trott Access Center, 1001 Eleventh Street in Niagara Falls from 10 a.m. - noon.
  • Applicants must obtain pre-approval from the NFTA’s ADA Coordinator before a reduced fare photo will be taken. Walk-ins without pre-approval will not be accepted.

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center provides save, affordable transportation to all ambulatory residents of Niagara Falls to any of the following locations:

  • Memorial Medical Center
  • Office of Dr. J. Chaudhuri
    549 Fourth Street, Niagara Falls
  • Hamilton B. Mizer Primary Care Center
  • Memorial Medical Office Building
  • Summit Healthplex

  • $1 for one-way transportation (Companions ride free)

Mount St. Mary’s Hospital VanGo

For patients who need transportation to get to tests, procedures, cardiac rehab, physical therapy, and appointments. VanGo is provided through the generosity of the Maid of the Mist Corporation. Dedicated volunteers serve as drivers and assistants.

VanGo makes stops at:

  • Mount St. Mary's Hospital Campus
    5300 Military Road, Town Of Lewiston
  • Neighborhood Health Center
    3003 Ninth Street, City of Niagara Falls
  • Physical Therapy Center
    4525 Witmer Road, Town of Niagara

Pick-ups are scheduled Monday-Friday starting at 8:30 a.m. with returns by 3:30 p.m. Pick-up and Take-home to and from:

  • Niagara Falls, Sanborn, Wheatfield, Lewiston, Youngstown & Ransomville
  • (No service on holidays and when schools are closed due to weather)
  • Passengers must be ambulatory.
  • Car seats available

VanGo Fee:

  • $1 for one-way transportation (Companions ride free)
